摘要
建立了某型汽车前轴的实体模型,对其进行了结构有限元分析,得出了其在各种工况下的应力和应变分布状况.通过强度校核,结果表明前轴在紧急制动工况下容易断裂发生屈服.本文研究对于提高前轴的安全性,减少企业的设计和试验成本具有重要的意义.
The finite element model of a certain type vehicle's front axle was established, simulated the static and dynamic condition about its structure and obtained its stress and strain in the various conditions. According to the intensity examination, the result indicated that the front axle is easy to break under the emergency brake operating mode. This analysis method and the conclusion can be a guidance for this kind of front axle's intensity and rigidity and the antivibration design. It also can be significant to enhancing front axle's security, reducing enterprise's design and the experiment cost.
