摘要 目的测定羟苯磺酸钙水溶液的吸收系数(Ecm11%),并应用于羟苯磺酸钙胶囊的溶出度和含量测定。方法以水为溶剂,最大吸收波长为301nm,分别用吸收系数法和对照品法测定羟苯磺酸钙胶囊的溶出度及含量。结果羟苯磺酸钙水溶液的吸收系数(Ecm11%)为188(按C12H10CaO10S2计)。结论吸收系数法与对照品法测得羟苯磺酸钙胶囊的溶出度及含量结果一致,用吸收系数法测定溶出度与含量,可节约对照品的使用,适用于产品的快速检验。 Objective To determine the absorption coefficient of Calcium Dobesilate in water and apply it to the determination of dissolution and content of Calcium Dobesilate in calcium dobesilate capsules. Methods The solution of Calcium Dobesilate in water shows maximum absorption at 301 nm. To determine the dissolution and content of Calcium Dobesilate in Calcium Dobesilate capsules by absorption coefficient method and by reference substance method separately. Results The absorption coefficient of Calcium Cobesilate in water at 301 nm is 188 (calculated as C12H10CaO10S2). Conclusion The result of dissolution and content of Calcium Dobesilate in Calcium Dobesilate capsules determined by absorption coefficient method is in conformity with that by reference substance method. The absorption coefficient method can be used for the determination of dissolution and content of Calcium Dobesilate in Calcium Dobesilate capsules. It is simple, rapid, and accurate.
