摘要 针对电源设计领域高效率、高功率密度的发展趋势,提出了LLC变流器的参数优化策略,并详细分析了次级电流型自驱动同步整流方案的工作模态和参数设计。最后,根据理论分析与设计,将该同步整流方案应用于一台300W LLC样机。实验结果表明,样机满载效率可达96%,从而验证了设计的正确性与合理性。 For the trend of high efficiency and high power density in the power supply design field ,an optimum design strategy of LLC converter was presented.And the operation modes and parameters design of a current-driven synchronous rectifier at the secondary-side were analyzed.A 300 W LLC prototype with current-driven synchronous rectifiers was built up based on the theoretic analysis,Its full load efficiency reaches 96% and the experimental results verify the correctness and validity of this design strategy.
