20株非常见福氏志贺氏菌菌型鉴定及耐药性分析

摘要 目的:监测志贺氏菌属在当地的流行及耐药特点。方法:采集当地医院肠道门诊腹泻病人大便样本进行细菌培养鉴定及药敏实验。结果:共分离培养鉴定福氏志贺氏菌26株,其中20株为国际命名的血清鉴定表上没有给出亚型学名的菌株,占本次监测志贺氏菌感染者的比例达76.9%(20/26)其对传统抗菌药物中的氨苄青霉素、抗菌优、氯霉素的耐药率100%,对氧哌嗪的耐药率达75%。结论:提示对该类菌株及其耐药性应密切监测并就其抗原式应考虑国际统一命名。 Objective:Monitoring characteristics of epidemic and resistance about Shigella species in the local.Methods:Acquisition stool samples of diarrhea patients in intestinal out-patient local hospital,in order to bacterial culture and identificate and susceptibility test.Results:Identificated shigella-flexneri 26 strains,It was 20 subtype strains that they had not the scientific name on the table about the identification of the serum,the proportion was 76.9 percent in this monitoring Shigella infection,their resistance were 100 percent for Ampicillin、Sulfamcthoxazol and Chloramphenicol and 75 percent for Piperacillin sodium.Conclusion:Tip of the type strain and its resistance should be closely monitored and should consider their antigen-named international unity.
