摘要
目的:分析护理不良事件发生的原因,为患者安全和风险管理提供依据。方法:对该院2007年1～12月上报的45例护理不良事件资料进行调查分析。结果:护理不良事件发生的原因有4类,其中最常见的为患者安全管理不到位(46.7%),护理核心制度不落实占33.0%。结论:为进一步提升护理服务品质,确保患者安全,应不断强化护理人员的安全意识,加强核心制度的落实,提高护理人员的专业素质。
Objective：To provide evidence for patient safety and risk management by analyzing the causes of nursing related adverse events.Methods：Forty-five nursing related adverse events reported during January to December in 2007 at our hospital were collected and analyzed.Results：Four major failures were identified as the underlying causes of the incidents.46.7% of the adverse events were caused by insufficient management of patient safety,and 33.0% of incidents were associated with inadequate implementation of rules and regulations, Conclusion： To further improve the quality of nursing service and ensure patient safety, nurses＇ awareness of patient safety should be strengthened, rules and regulations should be implemented strictly and nursesi- professional competency should be improved.
