摘要
砂土地区密集沉桩过程中产生的挤土效应对桩周土有明显的挤密作用,使得桩周土孔隙比降低,抗剪强度增加。但是常规设计通常不予考虑而偏于保守.本文通过基于等体积假设的简化理论分析以及正式施工前试桩的破坏性单桩竖向抗压静载试验,验证了沉桩挤密对桩基承载力的显著影响。考虑沉桩挤密作用的桩基优化设计方案较常规设计方案节约投资约300万元,取得了良好的经济效益,可为同类工程提供有益的参考.
In sand area, squeezing: effect caused by compact group piles driving has compact effect on foundation soil. The void ratio of the soil around the pile decreases, the shear strength of soil increases accordingly. The favorable effect is usually neglected in conventional design. Based on the simplified theory on hypothesis of same volume and test piles destructive static loading test in field, remarkable influence of compact effect is fully verified, an optimum design of precast pile foundation is adopted accordingly, about 300 million RMB has been saved, which can be a useful reference for similar engineering practice.
