摘要
采用实验室模拟的方法研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)和四甲基溴化铵(TMAB)对活性污泥脱水性能的影响.结果表明,相比污泥原样,经两种表面活性剂调理的污泥脱水性能均有一定程度的改善;在同样的投加量下,CTMAB比TMAB能更有效地改善污泥的脱水性能.实验数据显示:与TMAB相比,投加约为泥样干重25%的CTMAB可以释放出更多污泥胞外聚合物总量,其值约为231mg·l-1;污泥毛细吸水时间(CST)可缩短为73s左右;当TMAB和CTMAB的投加量大于泥样干重的15%时,真空抽滤后,污泥比阻达到易脱水范围;CTMAB和TMAB对污泥沉降性能的改善不是非常明显.
In order to study the effect and functionary mechanism of cationic surfactants on sludge dewaterability, the roles of two cationic surfactants including CTMAB and TMAB on the sludge dewaterability were researched under laboratory test. Experimental results indicated that comparing to the original sludge, to some extent, the sludge dewaterability modified with two kinds of surfactant was advanced ; CTMAB could improve sludge dewaterabilitiy evidently than TMAB when the additive quantity was the same. The results also showed that when the additive quantity of CTMAB was 25% of the dry weight of sludge, the quantity of extra-cellular polymeric substance of sludge was released more than TMAB and the content was about 231 mg ·l^-1. Besides these, the capillary sop time (CST)of sludge can be reduced to about 73s; when the additive quantity of TMAB and CTMAB was more the 15% of the dry weight of sludge, SRF of sludge goes to the easily dewatering range after vacuum filtration; the effects of CTMAB and TMAB on the sedimentation of sludge were unevident.
