摘要
为探讨腐植酸钠对生长猪免疫水平的影响,选择24头健康体重在(26.18±1.32)kg的生长猪,随机分成2组,每组12头,一组设为试验组,另一组设为对照组。连续灌喂10 m l/kg的腐植酸钠(即腐植酸钠总含量100 mg/kg)10 d后,测定T淋巴细胞Ea玫瑰花环形成率和B淋巴细胞EAC玫瑰花环形成率。结果表明:灌喂腐植酸钠的健康生长猪的Ea玫瑰花环形成率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);灌喂腐植酸钠的健康生长猪的EAC玫瑰花环形成率明显高于对照组生长猪,差异极显著(P<0.01)。表明:灌喂腐植酸钠生长猪机体的免疫水平明显提高。
In order to investigate the effects of sodium humate on immunological level in growing pigs, 24 healthy growing pigs with weight of (26.18 ± 1.32 ) kg were selected and divided into two groups randomly, 12 pigs for each group, of which one was experiment group and the another was control group. After continuous feeding on 10 ml/kg sodium humate ( total content of sodium humate 100 mg/kg) for 10 days, T lymphocyte chaplet of Ea and B lymphocyte chaplet of EAC were determined. The result indicated that the chaplet of Ea of healthy growing pigs in experiment group was higher than that in control group, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05) ; chaplet of EAC of healthy growing pigs in experiment group were higher than that in control group, the difference of heteropole was extremely significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). This indicated that the sodium humate could obviously improve the immunological level in growing pigs.
