选择最佳的分离纯化附子总生物碱工艺,以总生物碱的提取率为指标,比较确定高效的粗提条件和优化的树脂纯化工艺。确定了最佳粗提条件和最佳吸附树脂X-5、AB-8、D-101的洗脱、吸附条件。X-5、AB-8、D-101可用于工业化乌头总碱的提取。

This paper studied the optimum methods of extracting and refining total alkaloidals from Acontum carmichaeli. Taking extraction percentage of total alkaloidals as index, the optimum primary extracting and purity of macroreticular resin methods was selected. The optimum primary extracting, and optimum elution and absorption of D-101 ,X-5 ,AB-8 macroreticular resin were determined.
