摘要
介绍了国内聚丙烯装置先进过程控制(APC)技术的应用现状,并结合装置分析各种 APC 技术的特点。聚丙烯装置采用 APC 技术可有效地提高生产装置的操作稳定性、提高装置产量和产品质量,并缩短产品牌号切换时间。
This paper introduced the application status of advanced process control （APC） techniques in the polypropylene （PP） plants in China, and analyzed the characteristics of different APC techniques based on the process conditions of the plants. The application of APC could effectively improve the PP plants＇ operation stability, raise output and quality of the PP products and shorten the grade transition time.
