摘要
针对日益严峻的教育功利化倾向,90年代中期以来台湾地区兴起了一股"全人教育"的理论热潮。本文在分析该理念产生背景的基础上,对台湾学者关于"全人教育"的探讨进行了梳理,同时对其特征加以评析,认为该理念对于塑造"人之为人"的教育观有着重要意义。
While utilitarianism prevails in the domain of education, a hot discussion about nOllStlC education" was raised in Taiwan after the middle period of 1990s. After analyzing its background, the paper summarizes various understandings of holistic education in Taiwan academia and its features. It concludes that holistic education plays an important role in building the educational concept of "being a person".
