环孢素A联合治疗再生障碍性贫血

Cyclosporin A in Combination with Androgens and Erythropoiet for Aplastic Anemia

目的观察环孢素A(CsA)联合雄激素和促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗再生障碍性贫血(AA)的临床疗效。方法应用环孢素A(CsA)联合雄激素和促红细胞生成素治疗AA12例,其中慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)8例,重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)2例,纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血(PRCA)2例。结果12例患者治愈3例,缓解4例,进步5例,治愈率25%,有效率100%,不良反应轻微、可逆。结论环孢素A联合雄激素和EPO治疗AA安全有效,尤其对(PRCA)效果更佳。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Cyclosporin A（CsA） in combination with androgens and erythropoietin（EPO） for aplastic anemia（AA）. Methods 12 cases with AA were treated by CsA in combination with androgens and erythropoietin,including 8 cases of chronic aplastic anemia（CAA） ,2 cases of severe aplastic anemia（SAA） and 2 cases of pure red cell aplasia（PRCA）. Results 3 cases were cured,4 cases relieved,5 cases improved. The total cure rate was 25 %, and the effective rate was 100%. The side effects were light and reversible. Conclusions The combination of CsA with androgens and EPO is safe and effective for AA, especially for PRCA.
