A Study on the International Competitiveness of Chinese Hi-Tech Enterprises Based on Knowledge Network

高技术企业是知识经济社会主要的企业形态,高技术企业的国际竞争力对于一国经济发展有着举足轻重的作用。现阶段我国高技术企业国际竞争力还不高,尽管企业每年要投入大量资金引进技术,但由于对技术引进的吸收转化率低,并没有从根本上转变我国高技术企业的国际竞争力。知识网络是提高高技术企业国际竞争力的基础平台,它可以为企业提供知识创新的源泉。高技术企业只有通过建立完备的内外部知识网络,才能加速知识的获取、共享、创新,并以此提升高技术企业国际竞争力。

Hi-Tech Enterprises are the main form of enterprise in society of knowledge economy and their international competitiveness plays an important role in the development of national economy. At present, the international competitiveness of Chinese Hi-Tech Enterprises stills stays at a lower level, though it brings in great amount of technology each year. Due to the low efficiency of absorbing the technology, the situation is not basically changed. Knowledge network provides a platform to improve the competitiveness, and it can also provide the innovational resources for enterprises. Only by establ_ishing a complete internal and external knowledge network can enterprises speed up the acquirement, sharing and innovation of knowledge in order to improve their international competitiveness.
