Multi - function Communication Management Device

提出了一种应用于变电站综合自动化系统中的多功能通信管理机方案。它除了具有基本的规约转换及网络打印功能外，还集成了多种其它功能，例如开关量输入、输出（简称开入、开出）功能，GPS对时功能，温度采集功能，模拟量输出功能等。这些扩展功能可有效地减少变电站内二次设备的数量，提高设备的应用范围。另外，这些扩展功能采用模块化设计，可根据用户的需要进行灵活配置；软、硬件设计保证了即插即用功能，并给出了详细的硬件设计方案及软件设计流程。

A scheme of multi-function communication management device is proposed in this paper. Besides conventional function of protocol convert and network print, the device have other functions, such as digital input and output function, GPS time synchronization, temperature measurement and analog output function. Function expansion of the device can effectively reduce automation devices, and enlarge the application scope of the communication device. Modular design is used in this scheme, so these extended functions can be configured flexibly according to the demand on field. Plug and play is realized by hardware and software design. Hardware design scheme and software flow chart is also provided in this paper.
