摘要
目的探讨兔急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期不同剂量阿托伐他汀干预治疗对血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)、血脂水平和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的影响。方法24只新西兰兔制作AMI模型,随机分为3组。对照组不予药物干预;0.5mg/(kg·d)阿托伐他汀(LA)组;5mg/(kg·d)阿托伐他汀(HA)组。在药物干预3d前后分别测定血浆oxLDL、血脂和ALT水平。结果①LA组和HA组血浆oxLDL水平均较对照组有显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),②Pearson线性相关分析显示血浆oxLDL与血脂水平不相关。结论早期阿托伐他汀治疗可降低AMI血浆oxLDL水平。
AIM To investigate the effects of different doses of atorvastatin on serum levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein (oxLDL) in the early phase of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). METHODS AMI models were established in 24 New Zealand rabbits by coronary-occluded method and were randomized into three groups: control group (n = 8 ) treated without lipid-lowering drugs, 0.5 mg/( kg· d) atorvastatin group ( n = 8 ) and 5 mg/( kg· d) atorvastatin group ( n = 8). Three days before and after the treatment, the plasma levels of oxLDL, lipid, CK-MB and ALT were detected. RESULTS The serum levels of oxLDL significantly lowered after 3 days of therapy in the two atorvastatin groups (P 〈 0. 05 and P 〈 0. 01 respectively), especially in the 5 mg/( kg. d) atorvastatin group, while no significant differences was observed in the control group. No changes of lipid levels were observed in the 3 groups before and after treatment and Pearson correlation analysis showed no relation between the decreasing percentage of oxLDL and that of TC or LDL-C. CONCLUSION Early atorvastatin intervention may decrease the serum levels of oxLDL in a dose dependent manner. The anti-oxidant effect of Atorvastatin may be independent of the lipid lowering effect. Early intensive atorvastatin treatment may yield more significant benefits in AMI.
