修建抽水蓄能电站是解决四川电网调峰的有效途径

摘要 本文通过对四川电网现状和电力发展规划的综合分析,指出电网存在严重缺少调峰容量的问题.为了调峰需要,目前电网付出了相当大的经济代价,每年水电调峰弃水少发电量10亿kW·h以上,火电调峰限发电量22亿kW·h以上。到2000年装机330万kW的二滩电站全部投运后,虽然调峰问题有所缓和,但是除水电全年调峰外,火电枯水期调峰仍然不能缺少.修建蓄能电站是解决电网调峰问题和提高电网经济效益的有效途径. This paper comprehensively analyzes the present condition and electric power development plan of sichuan network. It is pointed out that peak regulating capacity is mush less in network. The network pay a lot for peak regulation at present. Power generation decreases over 1. 0TWh every year because of water abandonment during peak regulation in hydropower station. Power generation is restricted to 2. 2TWh during peak regulation in thermal power plant every year. After commission of Ertan project with installed capacity of 3 300MW in 2000,although peak regulation will be gentle,except whole year peak regulation by hydropower stations,peak regulation by thermal power plant during dry season still will not be indispensable. Therefore,construction of pumped storage hydroplant is a effective way for peak regulation and improvement of economic benifit in sichuan network.
