摘要
目的调查分析灯具生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及卫生防护设施的防护效果,评价职业病危害控制效果,并评估职业病危害的风险水平。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、检测检验、风险评估等方法进行综合分析与评价。结果通过对苯、甲苯、二甲苯及噪声的检测检验,手喷雾室苯浓度超标,职业病危害健康风险为高等风险,手喷雾室喷漆作业设置的局部通风排毒设施(水幕)防护效果不佳;对其通风量进行调试后,经复测苯浓度合格,苯降至中等风险。结论根据控制效果评价分析出的职业暴露水平及职业病危害风险等级,决定应优先采取的防控措施,提出确保水幕及局部通风设施的通风量的建议,指导企业进行风险管理。
Objective To investigate the occupational hazards resulting from the process procedure in an auto lamp production plant and assess the effectiveness of control measures against such occupational hazards. Methods The comprehensive methods, including field interview, the measurement of level or density of occupational hazards, such as benzene, toluene, xylene and noise, at workplaces and risk assessment were used. Results The investigation showed that the airborne concentration of benzene in the manual spraying room was not compliant with national exposure limit. The health risk due to such exposure was ranked high. The local ventilation facility and water curtain in the manual spraying room did not work well. We redesigned this local ventilation facility, the airborne concentration of benzene at this palace decreased and health risk was moderated. Conclusion Based on the investigative results, the priority of control measures against occupational hazards could be determined. The reasonable suggestion was accepted by the plant and effectiveness was obvious.
