摘要
采用LSS(修订本)量表,对参加2006年CUBA联赛的男子运动员进行调查,分析运动员对教练员领导行为的满意度。结果表明:运动员所偏爱的领导行为与教练员实际的领导行为存在一定差距,运动员对教练员领导行为的满意度不高;不同重要程度、不同比赛成绩、不同场上位置和不同训练年限的运动员对教练员领导行为满意度的差异并不显著,运动员的不同特征对其满意度的影响作用较小。
Adopting the form of LSS to take a questionnaire on the male players who took part in the competition of CUBA in 2006, the paper analyzes the satisfaction extent of the player on the administration behaviors of their coaches. The results indicates that there is a gap existing between the administration behaviors that players anticipated and the practical adminis- tration behaviors of the coaches. Players have a low satisfaction extent with the administration behaviors of their coaches . The players who have different importance, different result of the match, different playing petition and training year have unobvious satisfaction extent with the administration behaviors of the coaches. The players with different characteristics has little influence on the satisfaction extent.
