摘要
同时考虑混凝土的抗压强度、自生体积变形和抗氯离子渗透性下,提出MgO膨胀剂最优掺量的确定方法。其中氯离子扩散系数采用RCM法测试,试验结果表明;外掺一定量的MgO可以提高约束条件下的混凝土抗压强度、补偿混凝土的温度收缩并显著改善混凝土早期抗氯离子渗透性能;其强度、变形和抗氯离子渗透最优掺量分别在1%~3%、4%~6%和1%~3%之间;通过组合公式确定的MgO综合最优掺量,与已有的工程实例对比验证了该方法的可行性。
Respecting the compressive strength of concrete, its autogenous volume deformation and the ability of resisting osmotic chloride ions in general, the author proposes a way which confirms the optimal addition of MgO. The chloride ions diffusion coefficient is tested by RCM method. Examples show some dopes of can riot only promote the compressive strength of concrete which is on the restrictions and offset the constringency of temperature but also improve the ability of resisting osmotic chloride ions previously at the early time The strength of optimal addition is between 1%-3% and the deformation 4 %-6 % , the ability of resisting osmotic chloride ions 1 %- 3%. This article identifies the integrated optimal addition of MgO by the combinatorial formula. The availability of this method has been validated through the real engineering experiments.
