甲状腺素对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠肠黏膜屏障功能的保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]探讨重症急性胰腺炎时甲状腺激素的代谢异常与肠黏膜屏障损伤之间的关系,观察外源性甲状腺激素对肠黏膜屏障的保护作用.[方法]取Wistar大鼠分为假手术对照组、胰腺炎组及甲状腺素组,均应用牛磺胆酸钠制作重症急性胰腺炎模型,腹腔注射给予假手术对照组及胰腺炎组大鼠生理盐水2 mL/kg,给予甲状腺素组大鼠甲状腺素15μg/kg.于给药12 h时检测外周血FT3,FT4,促甲状腺激素和门静脉血内毒素及血清淀粉酶水平,并观察肠黏膜形态学变化.[结果]胰腺炎组大鼠血清FT3,FT4值显著降低,血浆内毒素及血清淀粉酶水平显著升高,肠黏膜损伤评分升高,与假手术对照组比较均有显著性差异;甲状腺素组大鼠内毒素水平与胰腺炎组比较显著降低,血清FT3,FT4值显著升高.[结论]胰腺炎时补充外源性甲状腺素对肠黏膜屏障功能具有保护作用. OBJECTIVETo investigate the relationship between abnormal metabolism of thyroxin and injury of intestinal barrier,and observe the protective effects of exogenous thyroxin for intestinal barrier function in rats.METHODSWistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham operation group(SO),severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) group,thyroxin(TH) group.Serum FT3,FT4,TSH levels and serum amylase,plasma endotoxin level in the portal vein and injure of instestinal mucosal grade were examined on 12h.RESULTSCompare with SO group,in SAP group the serum FT3,FT4 levels were decreased,serum amyluse,plasma endotoxin level in portal vein were increased,and injure grade of intestinal mucosal were increased,and have significantly difference.Compare with SO group and TH group showed no significantly difference.CONCLUSIONSupplement of exogenous thyroxin can protect intestinal mucosal barrier in rats with severe acute pancreatitis.
