摘要
在对某高压涡轮盘进行低循环疲劳试验时首次考虑了该涡轮盘在发动机实际工作中存在的扭矩。本文首先介绍了该高压涡轮盘加扭试验件的结构强度设计,扭矩加载装置的结构强度设计,以及试验前是如何对高压涡轮盘加扭试验件加载扭矩、试验后又是如何对高压涡轮盘加扭试验件卸去扭矩的;其次介绍了高压涡轮盘加扭试验件低循环疲劳试验的进行情况和裂纹检查结果;最后给出了该高压涡轮盘加扭试验件的试验寿命。
For the first time, torque was applied on a high pressure turbine disk during its low cycle fatigue life test to simulate engine real operation. Initially, this paper presented the design of the experimental high pressure turbine disk with torque applied, the device by which the torque is applied, and the torque loading progress before the test and the torque unloading progress after the test. Then, the low cycle fatigue test and the cracks checking of the disk were introduced. Finally, the low cycle fatigue test life of the experimental high pressure turbine disk with torque applied was given.
