摘要
对田间药效试验中常用的3个公式进行了比较,得出Abbott公式和Henderson-Tilton公式误差产生的规律:在处理区与对照区的有害生物种群初始疫情相差悬殊,处理区与对照区的有害生物种群终期疫情大于0.5甚至更多的条件下,会产生较大误差。认为杨信东公式可以消除误差,是广适性公式。
By comparison of three common formulas in field trial, the rule of error with Abbott formula and Henderson-Tilton formula was obtained. When the initial epidemic situations in treatment and in control are great disparity, or the final epidemic situations in treatment and in control are greater than 0.5 even, the control effect can not be evaluated correctly with Abbott formula and Henderson-Tilton formula. Yang xindong formula was suitable for the description of the field trial.
