河南省职业教育发展现状及对策

Present developing present situation and countermeasures for HenanS vocational education

河南职业教育在教育规模、水平、体制、就业、教育创新等方面取得了可喜的成就，但也存在着认识、投入不足、发展不均等问题。因此，在今后的职业教育发展中，应树立正确人才观，营造有利于应用型人才培养氛围；统筹职教与其他教育的协调发展；鼓励创新，增强典型经验的辐射作用；通过政策导向，在社会上形成尊重职教与技能型人才的良好的社会风尚。

Henang vocational education has made remarkable achievements in scale ,level, system, employment and innovation nowadays, yet there are still some problems existing in cognition, input and development. This paper puts forward some constructive countermeasures such as developing correct talent outlook, and building favorable tal- ent cultivation atmosphere ; planning the coordinated development of different types of education;encouraging inno- vation and enhancing the radiating functions of typical experience;forming good prevailing custom of respecting the vocational education and skilled talents through policy guide.
