摘要
建立在渗流作用下套管错断口井壁岩体平衡微分方程,利用损伤力学理论将井眼周围岩石分为弹性区、损伤区和完全损伤区3个区域,推导了渗流条件下井壁岩石的应力分布,建立完全损伤区半径模型即井壁岩石失稳破坏半径计算模型,为现场修井冲砂作业计算砂砾体积提供理论支持.经过现场实际验证,模型的计算误差在8%以内,满足工程施工要求.
The balanced differential equation of borehole rock matrix has been built in casing broken part under seepage. The rock around borehole is divided into three ranges according to damage mechanics theory: elastic range, damage range and complete damage range. The distribution of rock stress around borehole is derived under seepage. The calculation model of borehole rock complete damage radius is built, which provides academic support for the calculation of grit volume in operating sand-wash in field. The calculation error of the model is below 8 percent by field application identified, which meets field operation need.
