摘要 基于移动通信及移动计算技术,提出了车间数字化制造系统中"数字化人"的概念。数字化人可实时接入车间数字化制造系统,通过感官获取信息,根据形象思维、直觉和经验作出判断,并与基于长期存储、精确推理和快速数据处理的机器智能无缝地结合起来,实现灵活快捷的最佳生产决策。在此基础上,构建了支持数字化人的车间数字化制造系统原型,分析了该原型系统的网络结构和功能。结合多Agent技术,构建了该类型数字化车间的运行模式。 By utilizing the mobile communication and mobile computation technology, this paper put forward the concept of digital human (DM) and built DM prototype. DM accessed to digital manufacturing shop in real time, obtained information through sense, made judgment according to imaginal thinking, intuition and experience, and integrated seamlessly with machine intelligence which was based on long--term storage, exact inference and quick data processing to realize flexible and convenient optimal manufacturing decision--making. Based on DM conception, authors built the new type of digital manufacturing shop which supported DM, analysed the network architecture and function modules of this shop floor. Finally, integrated with multi--agent technology, authors analysed the operation model of this shop floor.
