摘要
由晶体的状态方程和板壳应力理论讨论了单轴铁电晶体薄片在温度沿厚度方向非均匀变化时,处于简支边界条件下的第三热释电效应;推导了温度梯度垂直于极化轴情况下LiTaO_3和Sr_(0.5)Ba_(0.5)Nb_2O_6铁电晶片第三热释电系数的表达式;对它们的分布进行了计算和讨论,结果表明:在温度梯度较大时,第三热释电效应的贡献是不可忽略的。
Based on the state equation and theory of stresses in plates and shells, thetertiary pyroelectric effect due to nonuniform temperature distribution is discussedfor the single axial ferroelectric crystal wafers in simply supported edges boundarycondition. The tertiary pyroe-leotric coefficients of LiTaO_3 and Sr_(0.5)Ba_(0.5)Nb_2O_6 arederived and calculated with a temperature gradient perpendicular to polar axis. Theresults show that the tertiary pyroelectric effect can not be neglected for the case oflarge temperature gradient.
