摘要
介绍了钢轨闪光焊接头的焊缝和热影响区微裂纹的探伤方法。有两种热影响区裂纹是由焊接末期顶锻和推凸产生大角度塑性变形引起,与灰斑无关。对推凸余量打磨可减小或消除此类裂纹。轨脚端部焊缝裂纹属于灰斑。
Ultrasonic inspection on microcrack in rail of joint welded by flash butt welding was introduced. Upsetting and trimming near the end of welding process cause the large angle plastic deformation,which induce two kinds of crack in HAZ. These cracks are not relative with flash spot and can be avoided by sanding the excess weld metal. The crack in rail foot is a kind of flash spot.
