摘要 阐述了冰晶石—氧化铝电解法生产铝的炭阳极消耗机理,推导出炭阳极与CO2作用以及炭阳极与空气反应阳极消耗数量的计算公式和在电解铝生产过程中如何确定过量消耗碳量。电解过程中炭阳极消耗与电解槽设计、电解工艺操作、阳极质量等有关,并提出了新型阳极炭块形状及结构型式,以及降低阳极碳消耗途径与措施。 This article elaborates carbon anode consumption mechanism, by the cryolite - alumina electrolytic process, inters the carbon anocte consumption formaias about reaction between carbon anode and the CO2 as well as reaction between the carbon anode and the air, In the electrolysis process the carbon anode consumption relates with the pot design, the electrolysis operation, and the anode quality and so on, It discourses upon the measure which reduces the anode carbon consumption and determines the excessive consumption of carbon anode in the electrolytic aluminum production process, and proposes the new anode carbon block shape and the structure pattern.
