分析了梯级水电站水电联合优化调度技术,包括来水预报技术、计划调度技术、实时调度技术和电力市场水电调度技术,说明了这些技术的现状和发展方向,并提出相应的计算机系统设计的主要目标和结构要点。
This Paper analyzes the united optimal operation technologies for cascade hydropower stations, including inflow forecast technology, scheming operation technology, real-time dispatching technology and hydropower dispatching technology in the electricity market. The status quo and direction of development of these technologies are introduced, and the aim of design and the structure of relevant computer systems are proposed.
