摘要
天然鳞片石墨已经被广泛应用于粉末触媒技术合成人造金刚石,其性能直接关系着金刚石的各项性能指标。文章通过研究天然鳞片石墨灰分对金刚石静压强度、TTI等性能指标的影响,提出了在选择合成金刚石用石墨材料时,灰分应低于50ppm,同时灰分较低时也要注意残留物有害元素对金刚石的影响,如S、Si等。
The squama graphite as the carbon source has been widely used in synthesizing diamond by the powder catalyst technology,which affect the performance of the synthetic diamond directly. In the paper, the authors made a research on the influence of ash of squama graphite on the static press strength and thermal toughness of impact of diamond, and indicate that the percent of ash content should be under 50ppm, and should pay attention to the influence of the harmful elements such as the S, Si etc.
