摘要
以单头双螺杆泵为例,以功率损失最小为目标,分别导出圆周间隙值、齿侧间隙值和径向间隙值的优化计算公式;分析了3种间隙值对系统容积效率和系统效率的影响。研究结果表明,圆周间隙、径向间隙、齿侧间隙是影响泵泄漏量和泵效率的主要结构参数,其中圆周间隙的影响最大;决定间隙取值大小的主要因素有井下原油温度对螺杆产生的热变形、流体压力对螺杆产生的冷变形以及泵润滑条件。
Taking single-head two-screw pump as an example and least power loss as a target,the optimal design formula of the circumferential clearance,gear side clearance and radial clearance are derived respectively.The influence of three kinds of clearance values on system volumetric efficiency and system efficiency are analyzed.The study results show that thecircumferential clearance,radial clearance and gear side clearance are the main structural parameters affecting the pump leakage and pump efficiency,and among them the circumferential clearance is dominant.The main factors determining clearance value include the thermal deformation of screw caused by downhole crude oil temperature,the cold deformation by fluid pressure as well as pump lubrication condition.
