CT仿真内窥镜在经蝶垂体瘤显微手术中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨CT仿真内窥镜(CTVE)技术在经蝶垂体瘤显微手术中的应用价值。方法应用垂体瘤常规术前CT检查数据,在工作站进行CTVE重建。比较CTVE技术重建的蝶窦及鞍底三维图像与术中显微镜下所见图像的差别,考察在鞍底CTVE定位肿瘤的准确性。结果CTVE比术中显微镜能更好地显示蝶窦内隔及鞍底等解剖结构,CTVE能准确定出肿瘤及颈内动脉等结构在鞍底的位置。结论CTVE能于术前准确地显示出蝶窦及鞍底显微解剖结构的三维图像,能指导术前计划形成及术中对鞍底、蝶窦及肿瘤的定位。
