空气过滤器试验台非标准孔板流量系数测算

摘要 随着大气污染日益严重和生活、生产工艺对室内空气要求的不断提高,空气过滤器逐渐成为通风空调系统必要组成部分。为研究开发过滤器,按国标设计和搭建了实验台,讨论了实验台设置的合理性,测算出该实验台的非标准孔板流量计流量系数,为过滤器性能实验提供了基础计算数据。 Because of the ever-increasing air pollution and demands for higher air quality in living space and industrial procedure, air filter becomes an essential part of HVAC system. In order to carry on the research and development of air filters, an experimental bench with an orifice flow-meter was designed and set up according to related national standard. The rationality of the bench was discussed. The discharge coefficient of the nonstandard flow-meter has been found out through the experimental data, which provides a foundational for experiments of filter function.
