A Comparative Study between Chinese Youth Volunteers' Spirit and Lei Feng's Spirit

中国青年志愿者精神和雷锋精神存在着很大区别:青年志愿者精神承接了雷锋精神的实质,在价值理念上对雷锋精神具有新发展;雷锋精神承载了比较多的政治内容,具有突出的意识形态性。社会性、事业性是中国青年志愿者精神最为鲜明的特点;以人物为载体的雷锋精神与以事业为载体的中国青年志愿精神在当今社会中的境遇也不同。

Chinese youth volunteers＇ spirit is greatly different from Lei Feng＇s spirit. The former has inherited the essence of the latter and has promoted the latter in terms of value; the latter has embraced more political content and displayed obvious ideological characteristics. The former is unique in terms of sociality and career; the latter, taking features as bearer, exists in different environment from the former, taking career as bearer, in current society.
