摘要
目的:研究丹参素脂质体的处方、制备工艺。方法:以脂质体的包封率为指标评价,采用正交设计对制备工艺进行优化,用反相蒸发超声法制得丹参素脂质体。结果:成功制得丹参素脂质体,其平均粒径为75.4 nm,丹参素脂质体的平均包封率为55.23%。结论:丹参素脂质体制备方法简单可行。
Objective: To study the formula, preparation of Tanshinol liposomes. Methods: The enbedding ratio as an index was evaluated to the optimizing preparation technology with an orthogonal design. Tegafur common liposome was prepared with reverse phase evaporation and supersound method. Results: Tanshinol liposomes were prepared successfully with 75.4 nm mean diameter and 55.23% mean enbedding ratio. Conclusion: Tanshinol liposome with a simple preparation condition.
