摘要
建立了热脱附/气相色潜-质谱测定汽车内部装饰材料中苯、甲苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯等挥发性苯系物的方法。将样品密封于采样袋中,充入5L纯氮气,置于80℃恒温烘箱中加热2h后,用采样泵抽取1L气体经过Tenax-TA吸附管,通过热脱附/气相色谱-质潜联用仪对吸附管中苯系物的种类及含量进行测试。研究了样品处理的温度、时间对测试结果的影响。方法检出限0.9~1.2ng/L,测量线性范围0.01~3.00μg,回收率52%~74%,相对标准偏差4%~5%。
A new method for the determination of volatile alkyl benzenes ( benzene, toluene, o-xylene, m-xylene, p-xylene, ethylbenzene and styrene) released from automobile interior decoration materials by thermodesorption gas chromatography -mass spectrometry was established. The sample was placed in a sealed Tedlar bag filled with 5 L pure nitrogen gas, and was heated to 80 ℃ for 2 h in an oven. 1 L gas in the sealed bag was adsorbed by sample tube filled with tenax-TA sorbent. The alkyl benzenes in the sample tube were determined by thermodesorption/GC - MS. The effects of sample treatment temperature and time on the amount of alkyl benzenes released were studied. The method detection limits were 0. 9 - 1.2 ng/L, the calibration curve range was 0.01 -3.00 μg, the recoveries were 52%- 74% , and the relative standard deviations were 4%- 5% , respectively.
