本文分阶段系统地回顾了过去三十年中国金融业对外开放的历程,充分评价了中国金融业在对外开放过程中各个方面所取得的巨大成就,并指出了进一步推进金融业对外开放所面临的机遇和挑战。本文强调了中国金融业只有在改革开放的双轮驱动下,以深化金融改革推进对外开放的方式,才能适应金融全球化的要求。并且指出,只有强化金融创新、金融监管和风险控制,才能应对开放带来的竞争和挑战,不断提升自身的国际竞争力。

This paper firstly reviews the past 30 years' opening-up in China's financial industry periodically and gives a full evaluation in regards to the large achievements made from the opening-up in various areas.Then,the paper points out the potential opportunity and challenge faced by China's financial industry during the further opening-up.We stress that promoting opening-up via deepening reforms on the process of reforms and opening-up in tandem is important for China's financial industry to be in compliance with the requirement of financial globalization.Also,it is an effective way for the development of China's financial industry to confront the competition and challenge with opening-up and enhance its international competitive power by strengthening financial creation,financial supervision and financial risk control.
