摘要
徐州三河尖煤矿选煤厂服役至今已经超过20年的时间,皮带走廊出现了不同程度的劣化现象,已对正常的生产和安全构成威胁。通过对皮带走廊内、外部的自然环境进行检测;对钢筋混凝土支撑框架的外观质量、裂缝宽度、混凝土抗压强度等进行检测;对钢桁架的外观质量和型钢锈蚀度进行检测。在检测结果分析的基础上,对皮带走廊的可靠性进行评定,根据评定等级提出合理的加固与维护建议。
The washery in coal mine of Xuzhou Coal Co.Ltd has serviced for nearly 20 years. Some members of the belt corridor have exhibited variable degree of damage and deterioration phenomenon and not contented requires of normal production and safe. This paper has carried out comprehensive detection on natural environment, apparent mass, phase composition analysis of surface layer concrete, concrete compressive strength and carbonization depth of RC members in the belt corridor and apparent mass and swage rust rate of the steel truss. On the basis of interpretation of detection results, we have made reliability assessment on the belt corridor, then offered the rational proposal of the reinforcement and maintenance.
