民族文化是各民族在长期的历史发展进程中创造出来的带有浓郁民族特色的文化,是一个民族持续发展、不断进步、长期生存的内在力量,也是一个民族区别于其他民族的重要标志,更是一个民族物质文明与精神文明的智慧结晶。在新的历史发展阶段,正确认识民族文化,用科学发展观统领民族文化的保护与创新,具有十分重要的意义。

National culture created in the long process of historical development by all ethnic groups has its strong national characteristics, and it is the inner power which makes the nation get sustainable development, progress and long-term survival. It is the important symbol of a nation different from other nations, and it is also the wisdom of material and spiritual civilization of one nation. In the new historical phase, they are important to know the national culture in the right way , and to protect and innovate the national culture through the scientific concept of development.
