Influence of FeO Content on Mineral Composition and Microstructure of Sinter

应用鞍钢现有的矿石原料及辅助材料,通过改变配碳量使烧结矿中FeO发生变化,其它化学成分保持不变;利用矿相学研究手段分析了FeO的变化对烧结矿的矿物组成和显微结构的影响,并从矿相学的角度提出了鞍钢在现有原料条件下生产烧结矿中FeO的适宜值。

The influence of FeO content on mineral composition and microstructure of sinter has been studied using mineragraphy method. In the condition of Anshan Steel, sinter with different FeO content has been produced with varioUs carbon rations. The better value for FeO content of sinter has been confirmed after the study.
