基于改进爬山法的白车身生产线焊点规划方法 被引量:1

摘要 为解决汽车白车身生产线焊点规划的作业顺序和任务分配问题,依据白车身焊装生产线的特点,建立了白车身生产线焊点规划问题的数学模型。采用改进爬山法进行启发式搜索策略,实现了白车身焊点规划问题的优化求解,提高了焊点规划的效率。编写了相应的白车身焊点规划程序软件,针对某车型左前门某工位进行了实例验证,结果表明,基于改进爬山法的白车身焊点规划方法可以在计算机上实现有效的焊点规划和管理。 To solve the sequence and allocation problems of car body-in-white welding spot planning,the mathematic model of this problem was built according to the characteristics of body-in-white welding production line.The optimized hill climbing method was used to carry out heuristic search strategy, the optimal solution of body-in-white welding-spot planning problem was realized,and the efficiency of welding-spot planning was improved.The corresponding program software were compiled,and a work position of a front-left door was taken as an example,the results show that the welding-spot planning method based on optimized hill climbing can realize efficient planning and management with the aid of computer.
