摘要 对引进的苹果加工品种生物学特性及应用价值进行了探讨,以期为加工品种的推广和理论研究提供参考。加工苹果品种的物候期与我国栽培品种有很大差别,酸王、贝当的晚花特性在生产上可以有效避开晚霜。加工苹果成熟期从8月至11月有利于延长榨季。瑞林有早果性,瑞星、青苹有单果性状,许多品种有高抗病性。初步筛选出了适合我国推广应用的加工品种。 The biological characteristics and application of processing apple varieties were studied for its extending and theory research. The phenological period of processing apple was different from that of cultivars in China. With late - flowered character, Avrolles and Bedan may be applied to avoid the late frost damage effetively in the production. The mature period of processing apple is from August to November,which is benefit for extending processing season. Judeline has early bearing character, Judestar and Granny Smith have single -fruit character. Many processing varieties have high disease resistance. Processing apples suitable for China were selected preliminarily.
