摘要
通过试验法,采用模拟试验装置研究碰撞体形态对阻尼器减振性能的影响。在碰撞阻尼器中加入总质量相等但大小不等的介质(即自由质量),分别测试它们在相同外力条件下的减振效果。分别对试验结果进行了振动衰减率、阻尼机理以及共振特性的分析。试验分析结果说明:在一定范围的共振区域内,具有相同质量的介质个数越多,对系统的阻尼越大,减振效果就越好。随着自由质量的数量不同,碰撞阻尼器将被考虑为变质量振动系统。
We present a simulating experimental method for studying the influence of impact mass on the damping performance of impact dampers. The free masses in the impact damper is with equal total mass but different sizes. We tested the damping effect of the damper under the same external force separately. The main results obtained in the experiments indicate that the impact damper has a good damping effect in the resonance region of the main system. The mass value of the free mass participating in vibro-impact is variable. In addition, the damping of the main system is related to the size of the free mass. Under the conditions of equal total mass and the same material, the smaller the size of the free mass, the better the effect of vibration control.
