摘要
读者满意度是考量图书馆服务质量的重要指标,也是我们一直特别关注和思考的问题。本文结合粤西高校图书馆的实际,分析了读者满意度的现状、特征及其影响因素,并对如何改进读者服务工作,提高读者满意度提出了自己的观点。
The reader satisfaction is considered as an important index of the library service quality, and is also a problem that should be paid more attention to. Combined with the concrete conditions of the academic library in we, stem Guangdong, the paper analyzed the present situation, characteristics and the factors influenced the reader satisfaction, put forward some viewpoints how to improve the reader services and enhance the reader satisfaction.
