摘要
本文对超声波斜入射情况下存在的测距误差进行了分析,给出了数学修正的公式,并通过实验进行了验证.对测量不同形状空间的测试方法进行了探讨.
An error in range finding is analyzed and the corresponding compensationformula proposed when the ultrasonic wave is incident obliquely. A rectangular cross-section was measured as an illustration and the merit of the compensation formula tested.Method for measuring space of some other shapes is discussed. This paper has significancefor raising precision of measurement and choosing engineering measuring procedure.
