公司并购活动已成为现代经济生活中一个不可或缺的现象。随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入,国内各种兼并、重组活动越来越多,参与并购的企业也在不断寻求灵活多样的融资渠道。针对目前的融资方式比较单一、融资渠道比较匮乏的状况,分析其原因所在,提出解决融资问题的建议。

Corporate merger ＆ acquisition has become an essential phenomenon in modern economic life. With the constant development of our economic system reform, more and more annexing and reorganizing activities take place in our country and enterprises involved in merger ＆ acquisition are constantly looking for flexible and varied financing channels. In view of the monotonous financing method and channels at present, some suggestions for resolving the financing issues are raised through the analysis of the reasons.
