摘要
目的观察竹节参总皂苷的镇痛作用,以确定竹节参镇痛作用的活性部位。方法镇痛实验采用热板法和扭体法,观察灌胃不同剂量的竹节参总皂苷后小鼠的痛阈值和扭体反应的次数。结果竹节参总皂苷高、低剂量组对小鼠痛阈值明显增加,扭体次数明显减少(P<0.01)。结论竹节参总皂苷具有明显的镇痛作用,是竹节参发挥镇痛作用的主要活性部位。
Objective To study the analgesic effects of total Panax japonicus saponins (tPJS) in mice and make sure the effective part of Panax japonicus. Methods The hot - plate model and body twisting model induced by acetic acid in mice were adopted in the experiment. The mice were administered with different doses of tPJS, and the pain threshold and the twisting number were observed. Results In the mice administered with high or low dose of tPJS, the pain threshold was increased and the twisting number was markedly reduced (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion tPJS has analgesic effect in mice. It is the leading effective part of Panax japonicus on analgesic effects.
