摘要
本文报道一种测定复方胆汁注射液中三组分的方法——Beckman DU-7分光光度计的多组分分析法,平均回收率分别为100.9±0.65(苯甲酸钠)、99.26±0.71(咖啡因)和100.7±0.69(氨基比林),三批样品的测定值都与《兽药规范》法的结果很接近。
A method was described for the determination of three components in Compound BileInjection-multicomponent analysis method by Beckman DU-7 Spectrophotometer, The meanrecovery for sodium benzoate was found to be 100.9±0.65, for caffeine 99.26±0.71 and foramidopyrine 100.7±0.69% respectively. the method provide accurate and reliable results, whichare comparable to those obtained with the methods given in the chinese monograph of 'Vete-rinary Pharmaceutical Specification (1978)'.
