摘要
针对传统设计中扭曲离心叶轮叶片绘型仅凭设计人员手工操作难以保证相对流线的设计精度和质量的问题,采用插值方法推导出两类相对流线的插值方程以满足不同的设计要求,保证设计人员根据叶轮的比转速和叶片数给定符合要求的叶片包角,或者保证叶片安放角基本按线性规律变化.该扭曲叶片绘型方法避免了手工绘型的盲目性和随意性,提高了叶片绘型的精确度,改善了叶片的水力性能.
Aimed at the designer dependent manual approach in traditional design practice of plotting twisted centrifugal blades, where the relative streamlines were drawn merely by hand, and it was difficult to guarantee the design accuracy and quality, an interpolation approach was adopted to derive two types of interpolation equations of planar streamlines to meet different requirements. Therefore, the designer could specify blade wrapping angle in terms of specified speed and blade numbers of the impeller to be designed, or obtain a basically linear distribution of blade setting angles so that the blindness and arbitrariness in designing were avoided. By doing so, the accuracy of blade plotting was improved and blade hydraulic performance enhanced.
