摘要
针对保定热电厂8#、9#机组蒸汽氢电导率长期超标及汽轮机低压缸部位酸性腐蚀的故障现象,通过对热力系统水汽品质的查定分析和试验研究,查明了故障原因是由于锅炉补给水的原水中有机物含量高并且部分透过除盐系统,以及一级除盐系统阳树脂接触过量余氯发生氧化降解,造成补给水中有机物含量过高,进而在热力系统高温高压下分解为低分子有机酸。结合现场实际,根据中试研究结果提出了除去和减少补给水中有机物的解决方案。
Aiming at the problems, such as the long-term overstepping hydrogen-conductivity of saturation steam and the acid corrosion of the low pressure cylinder of the steam turbines of units No. 8 and No. 9 in Baoding Heating & Power Plant, and after analyzing and experimental studying the quality of steam in the thermal system, the causes of failure have been found out. It is because the organism content in the make-up water of the boiler is too high and partially permeates through the desahing system of make-up water treatment. In addition, the cationic resin in the primary desalting system comes into contact with excessive residual chlorine. This causes the oxidative degradation of the resin, resulting in the high contents of organisms in the make-up water and , in addition, decomposes into organic acid with low molecular weight under the high temperature and pressure in the thermal system. Based on the practice, the solution of removing and reducing the organisms in make-up water is put forward.
